Time For You To Go A Little Nuts & Break Free To Live Out Loud

acorns

See those nuts?  Those are giant oak trees!  What do you mean you don’t see any oak trees?  Check your vision, adjust your glasses, or better yet open you inner eyes to wisdom.  Within each acorn is a giant oak tree and every experience possibility for that tree.   Every leaf, squirrel, bird, insect, human that interacts with that tree is right there in that acorn.. that seed of possibility.  Those acorns don’t have to try to become anything either.  The mighty oak tree is already within as is every other possibility, even being eaten by a squirrel.  There is not struggle or resistance, no need for a vision board or affirmations.  Everything, every possibility is there already.  The acorn IS life in action, moving from one experience into another.

While you might not be an acorn or give way to the experience of being a tree, you are already whole and complete.  All possibility is yours.  There is nothing you need to become.  You already ARE.  There is only the experience, one after another for you to move in and through, that’s your life purpose… to experience.  How does that feel?  What if you could just accept that life can be easy, fun, exciting and you don’t have to work so hard at making anything happen?  What if you could just know that everything already IS and it’s there for you to pay attention to, get excited about and interact with as experience?

Will you accept this truth?  Will you stop resisting and struggling to survive?  Will you jump into the wiggly jiggly jello of possibility and immerse yourself in the experiences you enjoy? Are you willing to just let your life be as much fun as you want it to be?  I know, I know, you’ve always done it the way  you are doing it now, but it doesn’t work does it?  Nope.  You are feeling a bit aggravated at all the law of attraction teachings you’ve spent your time and money trying to figure out how to get them to work for you when they don’t. ( I love those long sentences that are not proper grammar and sentence structure but do make my point)

Let’s be blunt for a moment.  What you’ve been doing doesn’t work.  It never has and it never will.  The only thing you are creating is more of what you say you don’t want any more of and you are just fed up with it.  I understand.  Will you take my word for it that there is an easier and better working way to live your life?  Would you like to know what that is?  If I tell you will you pay attention?

You’ve got to come into wisdom.  That’s doesn’t mean gather more information, you’ve got book shelves of that.  You need something that actually works.  Number one you need to let go of everything you are not.  Release every belief about everything so you can create with a clean canvas.  I’ll give you a little exercise to get you started.

Take a sheet of paper and write down,  What if everything I think I know about everything is wrong?

Play with that for a week.  Yes, a whole week.  Write down what it would mean if you just let it all go and sat without any beliefs about anything at all.  What would you do?  How would you feel?  Are there new experiences you’d jump into with both feet and a squeal of excitement?  If you weren’t concerned about what others would say or think, if it was age appropriate or you couldn’t for one of those million reasons you use as an excuse to not live life out loud.. what would your life be like? Play here for one whole week.  Journal about it, feel your way through the possibilities of this idea and move easily into a new energy of life.   Within you, within Source, is ALL Possibility.  Nothing to struggle with.  Let it be.. Go a little nuts and live life out loud, you’ll love it.

Leave me some comments about your experience with this little exercise.  I know you will have a lot to share with me.

If you would like a bit of guidance grab a copy of one or more of my books on this topic.  I also take on a few new students to work one on one with.  Be one of those by visiting my site Consciousness Power

The above is my write up about the new book.  Again, let me state how amazed I am at the information that came through me for this book.  Wisdom on every page to help you make it real.  While writing and reading my own book I made major changes and if I wrote it and it gave me the tools to make changes… it will give you these tools too.  I deal with very real issues, life fear, limiting beliefs, old habits, family and friends.  Also included is how to make these changes real and lasting with fun and ease.   This is the best book on this topic I’ve ever read.  While the book will not do the work for you it does give you the details for changing your life yourself.

Thrival Time

It’s time to Thrive.  We’ve survived long enough.  We’ve proven that we can survive but aren’t you ready to do a bit of thriving now?  I know I am.  Just surviving is hard work and it’s not a lot of fun either.  We’ve done it the same way for so long because that’s how we were taught and we just didn’t have the tools to do differently.
Now the tools for Thrival are coming to the forefront.  You can read them, see them, listen to them everywhere.  People are awakening to the urgency that there HAS to be a better way and there is.
When I wrote "How to Thrive in a Survival Mindset World" I was in a place of realizing that all the hard work I had been doing just wasn’t working.  I was getting by, but barely.  After I hit my 50th birthday I started giving some real thought to whether or not I wanted to still be working in my 70’s and realized that working my whole life wasn’t sounding like so much fun.
I began to earnestly ask questions and listen for the answers.  Those answers are in the book.  I live by them and know that they will work for you because they work for me.  I’m not selling you hype, you’ve had enough of that.  These are real principles that work when you live them.  It’s not magic fairy dust, (sorry, I’m out of that), but you will create your own magic with these ideas if you practice them daily.
The only difference between those "Masters" who walk on water and everyone else is practice, practice, practice.

Be Willing to be Awesome

Lots of people, young and old, don’t step into their awesomeness due to fear of being disliked, made fun of, being called names etc.  I understand how it feels as I’ve spent my life stepping outside the box of norm and having folks feel an obligation to point out to me exactly what was wrong with me.. in their opinion of course. I don’t know that anyone has ever done anything awesome without a few of those nay sayers showing up to tell them why they can’t or shouldn’t do it and why it just will not work.  It’s just how most humans react to someone who is stepping outside the tribal comfort zone.   Now you want more than you’ve got and you are starting to see that everything you have is in the box of normal.  It makes sense that in order to get more than what you already have you have to move outside the space you are already in and do, think, say, embrace something else.  You take those first few steps and BAM! someone shows up to tell you Stop! Don’t do that! It can’t be done!  What do you do?

It’s easy to stay stuck where you are, it’s known and in a way it’s comfortable to you.  You yearn for more, but it’s spooky when you think about what could happen if you quit that job, move out of the relationship, sale that home to start over.  Your awesome isn’t in the known place.. it’s in the next actions, experiences and interactions you make real.  What if you step into your awesome and 1 person ridicules you but 100 applaud and are grateful for your inspiration?

To get you started practicing being outside the box in your awesomeness begin letting go of stuff crammed in the corners and closets of your home.  That’s right, just move through your space and start clearing out what isn’t working for you anymore.  As you clear space notice how you feel with the now empty space.  Do you feel an urge to hurry and fill it up again?  What do you want in that space?  Can you wait for exactly what you want to be there rather than rushing to just fill it with something, anything?

Make an empty space on a book shelf or table in your home.  Place nothing there.  Let it be your “sacred space” for exactly what you want to experience next.  Honor it by giving thanks for what fills it, the potentially of Source.  Hold in your mind’s eye exactly what you want to experience next, let it know there is space for it in your life.

Always keep that space available for your newest experiences.  Continue clearing out your physical home and your mind / body from litter.  Old thoughts, patterns, feelings that you’ve been stuck in for years can be released and a new experience had.  Notice the discomfort and the fear.  Call it what it is and sit with it for a while.  Where did it come from, what is it connected to?

Dedicate yourself to your awesomeness!  That’s right, be steadfast in your faithfulness to expressing how awesome you are.  Don’t wait around for others to tell you it’s ok to be awesome, go ahead and Be Awesome.  Take those steps, make those commitments to enjoying yourself fully.

Gardening For The Soul

IMAG0002

Gardening represents the growing of our selves as well as the growth and harvest of food for our bodies.

During the winter I till the soil to root up all weeds, seeds and plants that are not helpful to the crops I wish to grow.
This is similar to the process of being honest with self about all the emotions and experiences of the past which we hold onto to.

Just as weeds, unwanted plants, in the garden will take nourishment and water from the vegetables I do wish to grow; holding onto the past consumes the attention and focus of my life energies.

Winter is the perfect time to till up the soil and lift up the seed and plants onto the surface so that I can easily identify them for removal.

The cold winter, which lacks the heat of the sun and encouragement for growth allow many of the unwanted seed and plants to be absorbed back into the soil providing food for growth come spring.

I spend most of the winter thinking and planning about the spring and summer garden.  Choosing from many catalogs those plants, which will bless my life with taste, health and beauty.

When spring heralds the time of beginning of growth I once again take my tiller and go through the soil, removing unwanted traces of last year’s experience.

This process reminds me of time spent in meditation and journal writing.  I allow myself to remember the experiences of the past, the opportunity for growth and deeper understanding they bring.

Those which I have learned from I bless and allow them to go their way, being absorbed once again into the Universal Energy.

I think on the things in my life I wish to experience, the loving people and exciting situations I desire to attract into my life for my further growth.  These are the seed of my personal garden I now wish to plant.

A good garden requires soil, sun for light and heat, nutrients and plenty of growing space.  I can’t allow the old plants and weeds too much room or they take from my garden the things needed by the vegetables for growth.

Having decided which plants to grow and having tilled the earth and removed last year’s leftovers, I am now ready to sow the seed and plants of new growth and blessings.

Much in the same way, I take stock of my life and let go of past hurts, pains, anger and disappointment in order to have room for new blessings and growth in understanding to grow.

During the growing season I offer nutrients, sunlight, and my attention to keep weeds at bay so that my garden has and easy path for production of high quality veggies.  Daily I walk through the plants and encourage them, and offer my aid in whatever way is needed.
I focus my attention on the growth of my garden.

In my personal garden I daily take time to do an inventory of what is growing in my heart and mind.  I am honest with myself about the emotions I am feeling, the desires I wish for and the steps I take to cultivate these things in my life.

If I allow the weeds of anger, despair and hurt to take over my heart then my life is joyless and full of worry.
By weeding out the old plants of the past once I have understood them and their role in my life, I am better able to release them.

The sunlight of joy, peace and love are then able to grow untangled with the plants and roots of the past.
More sunlight is able to penetrate my life and heart and my garden grows stronger and faster.

Throughout the growing season I am diligent to provide proper food and water for my garden.  I walk through with my tiller keeping the soil soft and weed free for easy and fast growth unhindered by the roots of weeds.

In my personal garden I daily take time to walk through the experiences of the day and understand them, incorporate the lessons they bring.  I keep the soil of my heart loosened and watered with prayer and mediation.

At the end of the summer I gather all the wonderful fruit of my garden.  I relish the taste and quality of the vegetables and herbs.  They bless my body with health and provide a blessing to the hunger for strong nourishment.

Often more is grown that what I can eat, so I store the extra in the freezer or canning jars to pull out and use during the winter when the garden is resting.

My personal garden blesses me with patience, joy, love and peace.  I find that I have grown deeper understanding of my self and my brothers and sisters.  Each season brings a bigger harvest than the one before as my experience deepens and my understanding of what to plant and the timing of it aids the growth.

Gardening for my body mirrors the gardening I do for my soul.  The principles of one enhance the other as I incorporate the lessons of each season into the next.

The attention, focus and planning required to grow vegetables mirror the steps I take to grow in understanding, love and joy in my life.

May your garden have plenty of sunshine, rain and your harvest be plentiful and the fruit sweet.
