Chances are you are only seeing what has already been made form through your thinking, believing and feeling.  STOP!

Don’t let your senses deceive you any longer.  What you see is the left overs of thoughts and feelings brought into form on your behalf.  You can have new experiences but you first must release your emotional addiction to what already is.  Think of it this way; what is going on in your life right now is the residue of thoughts you’ve already had and emotions you’ve already felt.  Once you release them they no longer have form.

How do you release them?  Simply by going within your Sacred Space and moving into a new knowing.  We’ve spent years peeling onion layers that only exist because we continue creating them.  STOP!  By now you probably know what  a lot of your beliefs, limits and self doubts are.  Stop entertaining them.  Stop giving life to them.

In your prayer closet, in your mediation, in your Sacred Space know deeply Who You Are.  Feel only that.  Think only that.  Express only that with your words and actions.  This is the path of the Master. 

I’ve written books for you, done hundreds of videos and radio shows for you.  I even offer right here on this website to work with you as your guide.  The next step is yours. Only a few will take up this path.  Only a few will Be a Master.

Have you had enough yet? Are you ready to change it all?

Are you one of those people who has just had it with being poor?  Are you sick and tired of being sick and tired?  Are you ready to stop making excuses about why you are not living the life of your dreams? 

Are you ready to draw your line in the sand? 

Drawing a line in the sand is when you get to the point that you are ready to stop making excuses, blaming others for what you haven’t done and where you haven’t gone in your life.  It’s when you are ready to say, “NO More” to a crappy life, a sad relationship, a sick body.  It’s drawing a line in the sand time when you are determined to do whatever it takes, to believe whatever is necessary to get you moving forward and on track.

People don’t accomplish their goals because they either don’t believe they can accomplish them at the start or because they give up before the dream becomes reality.  Which one are you?

In order for you to move forward you must feel the pain of where you are that you object to.  Go ahead.. really feel how much you dislike being stuck in a crappy place of your own creation.  Wallow around in the feeling of poverty and lack, let it really flow.  When you are really totally fed up with feeling that way you will draw a line in the sand and determine that you will not go back there no matter what.  At this point you are ready to risk it all to make your dreams come true.  No longer are you waiting for someone to agree with you or to provide you with what you want.. you are ready to get it done.  You are not taking no for an answer any longer.  There are no more excuses.

When you get to this point you start looking at life a bit different.  You start asking ‘why not me’ rather than “why me”.  Why not you being wealthy, successful? Why not you who is making it fun and living adventure?  There is no reason.  You can have it all, do it all.  It’s up to you.

Stay aware of your thinking, they are what you are creating with.  Keep them in line with your goals.  Speak your new reality into being, take actions in line with those dreams.  Don’t look back, don’t accept excuses.. move forward, steady and sure.

There is only one thing that determines your failure or success.. and that’s you.

Draw a line in the sand and don’t cross it ever again.  Forward into your new life is the only direction for you.

Don’t worry be happy

People are unemployed.  That’s true.  It’s also true that most people are employed.  Some people don’t have much money.  That’s true.  It’s also true that trillions of dollars circle the globe every day being exchanged for goods and services.

My point is that it all depends on what you are looking at.  Whatever you say is true, is true for you.  What you pay attention to is what you get to experience.  So, it makes sense that if you are not enjoying what your attention has brought about that you would shift your attention to something more pleasant.

What is it that you want to experience?  How does that look, how does it feel?  Can you picture it in your imagination?  That’s really all it takes to bring it into form.  Think it, feel it, be it, move in the direction of it always.  One step at a time brings you to the physical manifestation.  You can’t give up.  Giving up is the only failure.  Everything else is forward movement, bringing you and your dreams into the same space.

Staying focused on what you want, how it feels, is conscious creating.  It’s a natural process that always works.  This conscious creating is working with the law of attraction to bring into form what you want.  That’s simple and easy.  The key is to stay aware of what your want.  You decide over and over again to look at the glass half full, being filled to running over. 

The only trick is staying focused on what you want.  Things around you will be different than what you want due to other people’s creations.  You choose whether or not to get involved with those creations.  You decide to stay the course with your dreams, bringing them into form through thought, feeling and action.

You will know when you’ve been sidetracked due to your feelings.  You will notice when those old thought habits are kicking in again because you will be paying more attention to what you don’t want than what you do.

This is when you take a moment to go within, shift that thinking, get the feelings involved and then take another step forward to your dreams.  The process is simple, easy even.  It just takes practice and constant forward motion.  Thoughts are energy, feelings are energy, they are bringing molecules into shape according to your instructions.

Staying focused can be turned into a fun exercise.  Paint a dot on your fingernail or the back of your hand.  Tie a string around your wrist.  Each time you see it you will be reminded to take stock of what you are creating.  It’s fun and it works.  Laugh your way to a new reality.

Taking Stock of Happy Choices

 

Now and again we like to stop and take stock of our investments, life experiences and opportunities.  This is a great idea as it keeps you on track and makes your progress real and tangible. 

Taking stock of your happy choices is also very important.  Most of us don’t realize how many choices we make each day about our feelings.  We over hear conversations and have an emotional reaction.  Listening to the news brings about instant emotion, as do movies and reality shows.

We are constantly making a decision about our state of feelings, our emotions. 

Connections have been made through years of practice linking the dots from things that look the same to always feeling the same.  It’s instant.  It doesn’t require any thought at all.. something happens and without being aware of the process.. YOU FEEL a certain way.

Being aware of the choices throughout the day brings things into focus.  Once you start paying attention to how you feel you start to get an idea of how you got to that feeling place.  Trace back what you were thinking and or doing right before you realized your feeling place wasn’t a great vacation spot.  By connecting the dots from thoughts to feelings.. you clear out a space to consciously decide what you are going to feel by deciding on your thoughts.

Thoughts are powerful and turn into things if given much headway.  Thinking something a few times makes it come alive in your feelings.  Once in your feelings things really begin to grow and take shape. 

Interrupt the process by being aware of your feelings.  Decide to make happy choices.  When you get it that your thought promote feelings.. you will be more easily able to trade one set of thoughts for another that leads to a better feeling place.

It’s like going on vacation.  You get online and look at pictures to see the layout of the hotel and the city you want to visit.  It doesn’t look and feel right so you make another choice.  By using the process of asking yourself “how does this feel”? you can just simply decide to take an imagined vacation in your head and emotions somewhere else.

Your feeling are important.. the road to them is always your thoughts.  When you take stock of happy thoughts, you begin making happy choices.  How does it feel is always a good place to start your journey.

Chronic Thinking is a Pain

Chronic thinking really is a painful way of living and creating.  It supposes that something is the way it is and there’s nothing you can do about it.

It’s linked to giving up and giving in. 

At some point you decided that “this” is just the way it is and have thought that over and over again.  You’ve also experienced it over and over again because your attention is always focused on it being so.

The Law of Attraction doesn’t care whether what you are thinking/feeling is past, present or imagined future.  If you are thinking with great feeling, you are attracting that very thing.

We generally link chronic to disease of the body.  Disease is Dis-ease, lack of ease, lack of positive flowing good feeling things and energy .

Chronic thinking keeps you in the loop of experiencing the same type situations over and over again.  You are the power, the magnet behind these experiences.

Your thinking combined with passionate feeling says in loud vibes.. THIS IS WHAT I WANT MORE OF!!  even when it’s not what you really want at all.

Law of Attraction isn’t some person sitting off somewhere listening to your words and responding to them.  Law of Attraction is a creation principle, a law that always works, all the time.  It doesn’t even take a day off or a vacation.  It works by linking molecules that form experiences with the same vibrations that you are giving off.

Just like you can’t pick up channel 12 on the TV by changing to channel 109, neither can you attract something that’s vibration is different than yours.

What’s your thinking about?  Listen in on yourself, what are you thinking?  What story are you telling and retelling day in and day out?  Your feelings will let you know whether what you are thinking is in line with chronic thoughts are something more in line with what you do want.

In order to experience something different that what you now have in your life, your thinking, believing, passion.. has got to change. 

Until your thinking and expecting something different shifts to a different vibration, you will not be able to attract anything other than things in line with what you now have.

This shifted thinking requires you to pay attention to what you are saying and thinking about.  Watch for passionate outpourings of your words.  These are indicators of what you are basing your life expectations on and what you are in irrational harmony with.

The Universal Source doesn’t pay attention to what you are saying, it only notices vibration frequencies.  Like attracts like, bringing more like itself into your life.

Change  your chronic thinking into a way of thinking, speaking and imagining which better lines up with what you wish to experience and watch things begin to shift.
